Quite heavy so its best to have more than one person on hand when unboxing but once in place its remarkably easy to setup. Using the printer day to day is just as easy no matter the task and everything we have tried with the printer so far has been completed without hassle. It s a very good printer scanner and copier

Recommended
I chose a different printer originally but Printerland recommended this instead. Their reasons were valid and backed up by this printers specification with their claim of getting a better printer for less being true. I am grateful for the advice and we are now happily printing hopefully for many years without issue.

Very happy with this printer
This was recommended by the rep. It was much cheaper than my original choice so I was concerned but decided to try it. I must say it works very well install was easy and although I haven't used all the features yet I'm very happy with it so fa. This printer has a quicker has a quicker warm up time and prints faster than my old one. I mostly print documents and it always feeds correctly and prints sharply. Printing from a iphone or ipad is also very easy except that it always defaults to the manual paper feed tray so you need to change the try before printing. It doesn't seem to remember that change for the next use.

How online shopping should be
I needed a new printer but after looking online I became more and more confused by the options available and I couldn t seem to find any way of narrowing what is a huge number of different makes and models available. I came across the Printerland website and they had a really helpful search option where I could put in the requirements of the printer I needed and it gave me the options so much better than blindly checking printer after printer on a very well known online giant. Printerland also offered far more information on the printer itself and clear instructions on how to claim. Amazing experience when buying and a delivery service to match. The printer is excellent and I will certainly come back to Printerland for ink when needed

Decided to order a lazer printer because my hp inkjet could not handle the workload. Ordered the xerox b225 and got a phone call from a member of printerland explaining that the printer was no longer in stock but i could upgrade to the xerox b235 on a deal the member of staff on the phone was one of the friendliest and helpful people i think i have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. The printer got delivered quickly and i better than expected easily handles the workload The customer service is excellent
