Free next business day delivery is available on all orders over £125.00 + VAT on the UK mainland. Most items are shipped to you via ‘Next Working Day’ courier service. The cut-off for next working day delivery is 4:30pm.In the event of an item not being available via this service, we will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity.We also deliver to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Eire. Areas such as the Scottish Highlands or where a body of water is crossed are subject to a 2-3 working day delivery time. Please note: orders placed after 4:30pm on Friday will not begin to be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on the Tuesday.
We can deliver any of our items to any address on the UK Mainland via next day courier service.Delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is also available, charges and time estimates will be calculated during or shortly after your order has been placed.

If within 7 working days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return them and cancel your order, you should call our Customer Services Department on 0800 840 1992 and you must confirm your request in writing or another durable medium including letter, fax or email. We can only accept the return of goods providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received. You are responsible for the return carriage and insurance of the goods back to ourselves.For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
