Compact package with no compromises
Built to cope with high output print volumes and demanding scanning tasks, the Xerox C625 offers print speeds of up to an impressive 50 A4 pages per minute (ppm) in both colour and mono. For those producing double-sided documents, the C625 delivers duplexing at an incredible 38 A4 ppm.
For scanning, the most demanding jobs are handled in a breeze with the single-pass DADF (Duplex Automatic Document Feeder) processing a huge 98 sides per minute, working in harmony with a host of connected productivity apps such as DropBox , Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive and many more.

An ever expanding gallery of apps tackling language translation, proofreading and much, much more is accessible directly from the large intuitive tablet-like touch screen. Access for your entire workforce is granted by various connectivity options, from high speed networking, Apple Airprint and Mopria Alliance support, to optional Wireless and Wi-Fi Direct to connect directly from any mobile device.

Flexibility to grow
With a 550-sheet input tray as standard the C625 is sure to get your team off to a great start. If you find your team’s demands increasing over time, simple expansion is afforded by the capacity to add additional 500 sheet paper trays and a stand to ensure your print resources can keep up.
Standard and replacement cartridges contain 6,000 pages of cyan, magenta and yellow toner and enough black toner for 8,000 prints.
When it comes to replacements, high capacity cartridges are available at 16,000 CMY pages and a huge 25,000 pages of black toner, giving you the option of extending the time between cartridge changes, limiting disruption by keeping you running for longer and most importantly reducing your print costs over time.
An optional convenience stapler can be added proving the final touch to finish your documents.
What is AirPrint?
If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.
