    What is AirPrint?

    Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

    To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

    AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

    What You See is What You Print

    If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

    Third-Party Apps

    There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. (An additional third-party app may be required to be installed on the local machine)

    *For full AirPrint support, a printer firmware upgrade may be required which is available directly from the relevant manufacturer website.

Not just a Printer

Using Xerox's exclusive ConnectKey technology allows you to manage this printer with great ease, using the large tablet-style screen which can be fully customised, you can move between print workloads with ease. Using a technology everyone is familiar with, provided with Xerox's own apps and other apps such as Office 365, Google Drive and OneDrive, ensuring that staff are already at ease with the system.

The Xerox Versalink is able to handle all kinds of print jobs to ensure you are running efficiently. Able to print to a high resolution, ensuring a professional look to all your work documents. As a printer it can print up to 55 pages per minute in monochrome, you can create booklets, use Apple AirPrint or Mopria Print and even print directly from USB.

As a 24-bit scanner it can scan up to an exceptional 55 colour images in a minute, can scan direct to email and can scan a variety of documents from PDF to JPG. Its photocopy facility allows for colour documents to be copied, booklets can be created and complete multiple copying up to 999 copies.

It consolidates all your variable printing expenses to give you a single, known cost-per-page. PagePack helps you understand and manage your printing costs, with free automatic meter reads for accurate billing. It also boosts productivity, with online consumables ordering available 24/7 delivered right to your door. Maintenance and support releases your IT team for more business-critical tasks.

How can PagePack save me money?

PagePack provides a fixed cost-per-page. In an unmanaged environment, every document printed uses a variable amount of ink or toner. You pay a different price for every print. Service calls are unpredictable and so are the charges. With PagePack all your variable expenses are consolidated. Customers pay a fixed cost-per-page that reduces your overall expenditures.

How can PagePack improve my productivity?

PagePack also saves on hidden costs, such as staff resources and prevent shortages of consumables, by simplifying ordering and vendor management. With PagePack there's no need to keep an inventory of consumables on hand. You order the consumables whenever any device requires more.

What does PagePack provide to improve control of my printing?

With our PagePack Smart eSolutions Services Platform you get real-time visibility of your Xerox networked print fleet; MeterAssistant® automates the process of collecting and submitting meter reads for accurate billing, so you pay for what you actually use.

Who provides the services?

All consumables, supplies and service are provided by Xerox, and if you required hands on the repair, you will get an engineer onsite within the next business day, all engineers are highly trained and certified by Xerox

Who provides the supplies?

Supplies are provided directly from Xerox, thus ensuring stock availability, quality of service and genuine goods.

How do I place an order for supplies?

Once your PagePack contract is registered, you will get your personal log in details to the Xerox Customer Portal, through which you will be able to place your orders online 24/7. Orders can also be placed over the phone by contacting the Consumable Ordering team. Once the order is in place, you will receive the supplies straight to your delivery address at no extra cost, typically within 48 hours If MeterAssistant is installed you will not be required to provide meter reads at the time of placing your orders, therefore we highly recommend MeterAssistant is installed when the device.
