To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.
AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.
What You See is What You Print
If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.
There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. Q.Can this do automatic double sided printing on A5 paper?
A.The Xerox Phaser 3330DNi features a minimum duplex paper size of A4 and is not capable of automatic doubled sided A5 printing.
The Xerox VersaLink B405DN is capable of automatic double sided printing on A5 media.

A.Whilst the printer can print onto A5 card stock, the maximum media weight supported is 220gsm.

A.Yes, the Xerox Phaser 3330DNi is able to handle transparencies. It is also capable of reaching high print resolutions up to 1200 x 1200 dpi.
SLOWER than old mono Samsung on printing the First Page
First class service from Printerland staff. Very helpful people in getting this printer set up as it kept printing unwanted Cover sheets( this is a waste of resources. The only way to get this sorted was to tie the printer to the Broadband Router and the you can access a very comprehensive menu. if you do have problems please contact the support at Printerland as they can help you get set up very quickly.
Seems to me me:- a lot of these mono printers may be badge engineered but then what do I know?

Not the right machine for me.
I bought this machine for home use but I do publish a magazine, print news sheets and much more. My faithful Samsung M2825DW was becoming somewhat temperamental so I decided to replace it. Yes, I wanted AirPrint and Wireless and automatic double sided printing and quality print and much more. Also important was Mac and Windows compatibility. However, I hadn't bargained for a 92 page online user guide that is "designed for a system administrator with network administrator rights who understands networking concepts and has experience creating and managing network user accounts". After wading through pages of Connectivity, Security, User Roles, Time out settings, Accounting, User limits etc. I have resurrected my Samsung and all its temperamental behaviour and the truth is, the print quality is superior to that of the Xerox.
This may be a fine business machine but it is not for me.
