    What is AirPrint?

    Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

    To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

    AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

    What You See is What You Print

    If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

    Third-Party Apps

    There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. (An additional third-party app may be required to be installed on the local machine)

The Xerox AltaLink C8130F A3 Multifunction Printer has been purposely designed for the demanding, modern-day office, and is perfect for those lengthy colour print jobs. Plus, with optional security features provided by McAfee, you won’t have to worry about data protection.

Print quality you can bank on

With a first-out mono print speed as fast as 4.2 seconds and an overall print output of up to 30 pages per minute, you will not be waiting ages for your job to finish no matter its size. The high capacity tandem tray holds up to 2000 sheets while the two paper trays hold 520 sheets each, giving you a total paper capacity of 3040 sheets. It also comes with a bypass feeder with a capacity of 100 sheets.

Printing on the move is fast and effortless thanks to the choice of mobile printing options, such as the @PrintByXerox app, AirPrint, as well as the Xerox Print Service Plug-in for Android.

Scanning and copying made simple

Scanning and copying of documents is a breeze with the Xerox AltaLink C8130F A3 Multifunction Printer thanks to its first copy out speed as fast as 4.5 seconds, and an automatic paper size select feature. Image quality is excellent with a copy resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and a print resolution of up to 1,200 x 2,400 dpi.

Other features

The Xerox AltaLink C8130F A3 Multifunction Printer also comes with an intuitive colour 10-inch touchscreen and a 128GB HDD drive. There's all the connectivity you could ever need with USB 2.0, Ethernet and NFC and optional accessories for wireless connectivity.

Paper output/finishing

The unit comes with a dual offset catch tray capable of holding 250 sheets each with no finisher attached. However, there are options for booklet making too, including features that crease/score and saddle-stitch. These additional features allow the printer to produce as many as 60 booklets.

PagePack provides a fixed cost-per-page. In an unmanaged environment, every document printed uses a variable amount of ink or toner. You pay a different price for every print. Service calls are unpredictable and so are the charges. With PagePack all your variable expenses are consolidated. Customers pay a fixed cost-per-page that reduces your overall expenditures.

How can PagePack improve my productivity?

PagePack also saves on hidden costs, such as staff resources and prevent shortages of consumables, by simplifying ordering and vendor management. With PagePack there's no need to keep an inventory of consumables on hand. You order the consumables whenever any device requires more.

Who provides the supplies?

Supplies are provided directly from Xerox, thus ensuring stock availability, quality of service and genuine goods.

How do I place an order for supplies?

Once your PagePack contract is registered, you will get your personal log in details to the Xerox Customer Portal, through which you will be able to place your orders online 24/7. Orders can also be placed over the phone by contacting the Consumable Ordering team. Once the order is in place, you will receive the supplies straight to your delivery address at no extra cost, typically within 48 hours If MeterAssistant is installed you will not be required to provide meter reads at the time of placing your orders, therefore we highly recommend MeterAssistant is installed when the device.
