    What is AirPrint?

    Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

    To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

    AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

    What You See is What You Print

    If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

    Third-Party Apps

    There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. (An additional third-party app may be required to be installed on the local machine)

Q. If one wants to copy some pages which are printed on both sides, feeds these through the document feeder, can an option be selected so that the copies generated are double sided?
A. Unfortunately, the HP Color LaserJet Pro M377dw only features a simplex ADF so it can not scan double-sided documents. If you would like any advice on a printer which does feature double-sided scanning as standard, our sales team would be happy to help on 0800 840 1992.

Q. Hi, does it support MacBooks/Apples? At the spec it says Window comparable only. Thanks
A. The HP Color LaserJet Pro M377dw comes with an In-Box Driver which is compatible with most Windows operating systems. However, there are drivers available for download from the manufacturer for Mac operating systems.
Q. Hi i do not have a CD drive can i download the required software?
A. Hi Sam, you will be able to locate necessary drivers & software via HP's website also.
Q. Does this print duplex via Google Cloud Print?
A. This printer has an automatic duplex unit in-built into the machine and so will print double sided by default.

I replaced my old HP LaserJet printer with above at the beginning of April and have used it for 3 months. I have been using HP printers for well over 20 years and found them to be very reliable and the above is no exception. Setting up and installation was very easy. From HP website downloaded and installed the software, printed test page and it was all systems go. Being familiar with the software from previous printer had no trouble in printing necessary documents. I recommend this printer.
