    What is AirPrint?

    Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

    To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

    AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

    What You See is What You Print

    If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

Very Good Home/Office printer
I work from home as a professional photographer and provide IT services. I purchased the WorkForce Pro WF-4830DTW as an upgrade to the HP 8600 Pro. A printer in my mind is excellent. Here are my thoughts POSITIVE On standard print the quality is very good Prints really quickly on standard print Easy to install cartridges Decent quality in colour Scans really quickly. e.g. Full colour A4 pdf 300 DPI Preview 3seconds Scan 4seconds Loads of Scan options Good size 4 Individual inks Full set of XL ink is around 100 which is good value Printerland has had the best price by far Excellent customer service Good size panel on front of printer Dual paper -NEGATIVE Draft is terrible. Took a long time to connect via USB and even longer via WIFI Network Too many apps I have 6 on my desktop . Should just be One to load. Over all a really good printer.

EXCELLENT PRINTER
This replaced my 7 year old Epson XP 860 which gave me faultless service until a dreaded error code stopped it dead. So invested in the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4830DTW as it gave me almost the same print quality with many extra features. Only serious negative is ink costs but as my volume per month is very low this is not so much an issue especially as to have paid a significant extra cost for the bottled ink version would not have been cost effective for me.
