The WF-3720DWF is ideal for businesses with super-fast double-sided printing and a convenient 35 page automatic document feeder.

Epson’s WF-3720DWF is designed to keep you printing and productive with maximum print speeds of up to 33 black and white pages per minute and up to 20 pages per minute in full colour. You don’t need to worry about running out of paper as often either as this handy printer has a 250 sheet paper tray. If scanning forms an important part of your procedures, you can speed this up with advanced scanning functions including directly scanning to email, the cloud, an FTP server or a network.

Cost-effective printing

The WF-3720DWF offers professional, crisp printing that is water smudge and highlighter resistant thanks to Epson’s DURABrite Ultra ink. The ink cartridges are supplied individually so you only ever need to replace the empty cartridges, and, you can benefit from XL cartridges that allow you to print up to three times more before changing the cartridge again.

Print from anywhere

Whether you are in the home or office, you can use WiFi connectivity or Wi-Fi Direct to print from compatible devices. You can also print from an NFC compatible Android device with just a simple tap on the printer.

Q. Hi there, can I use this printer to print on Inkjet sticker paper ?

A. As long as the sticker paper is fully compatible with inkjet printers then the WF-3720DWF should be compatible with the media.

Q. Can you use this printer to print photos on 6*4 and 8*6 as well as A4 photo paper?

A. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720DWF supports the following media sizes: A4, A5, A6, B5, C6 (Envelope), DL (Envelope), No. 10 (Envelope), Letter, 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18 cm, 16:9, Legal & User Defined.

Q. Does the printer come with ink or do I need to purchase ink separately?

A. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720DWF does come with a black starter ink cartridge (350 Pages)* and cyan, magenta and yellow starter ink cartridges (300 Pages)*. *Some ink will be used during the set-up process. Actual page counts will vary from these estimates.

Q. Does this printer print on card?

A. Hi, Unfortunately we can not guarantee that the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720DWF will print on card, as this is not a recommended media type for this printer. For advice and recommendations on printers which support card, you can call our Sales Team on 0800 840 1992.

Q. Is this printer compatible with Windows XP?

A. Yes, there are drivers available for download from the manufacturers website which enable the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720DWF to be compatible with both a Windows XP 32-bit and 64-bit operating system.

Q. Are the ink cartridges recyclable or refillable? Can I scan multiple documents at a time?

A. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720DWF's ink cartridges can be returned to Epson through their cartridge collection programme for reuse and recycling. This model has a 35 Sheet ADF which you can load with the documents you wish to scan.

Q. How many pages does cartridges print in black and colour.

A. All consumables for this machine can be found on our Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720DWF Ink Cartridges page. We stock standard cartridges which produce up to 300 pages in Colour and 350 pages in Black*. We also have XL cartridges which can produce up to 950 page sin colour and 1,100 pages in black*.

Q. Does the scanner have the option to scan to TIFF file?

A. Yes, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720DWF has the option to scan originals as a TIFF or a Multi-TIFF file.

Impressed

Easy to set up with concise detailed instructions to connect wirelessly. Is being used in small office so multifunction features an advantage. Touch screen operation easy to use and navigate. Feels very solid and well built Print very clear and sharp. Not done a lot with it yet but first impressions very favourable.
