What if I need additional pages?
Should you need to use additional pages outside of your subscription, they will be charged automatically to your service as you use them;
You will be charged for 2 different page types. For Mono pages (black only) you will be charged a fee, and for colour pages which require both colour and black coverage you will be charged a separate fee.
What if I do not use all my available pages?
Should you not use all the pages assigned to your plan, your unused pages will be rolled over for use within the billing quarter.
What is included with my page package?
Your page pack provides you with automatic toner or ink ordering and
delivery, manufacturer support for any issues with your print service,
easy to use portal to manage your service and enough toner or ink
and related supplies to enable you to print your chosen number of
pages (for colour printers or MFCs the number of pages is split 50:50
by colour and mono pages).
How is the page count calculated?
Each A4 pages is counted as a single page, a double-sided page is counted as 2 pages. For A3 printers, an A3 page is counted as 2 pages. Within your plan your page count is split 50:50 between mono and colour pages.
How long does the service last?
Your support service from Brother will continue until you notify Brother via the portal that you wish to stop the service.
What is the difference between Mono and Colour pages?
Your plan contains a 50:50 split between mono and colour pages. A colour page requires CMY and Black inks/toner to be used. A Mono page uses ONLY black ink or toner.
How do I know how many pages I have used so far?
You can log-in to the portal at any time to keep track of the number of prints you have made. Your total page counts will be clearly shown on your quarterly invoice.
Does Brother MPS Essential make my business more sustainable?
Yes it can! In short, with high-yield supplies you will use fewer cartridges over the lifecycle of your package.
the ongoing support provided throughout your subscription will ensure your equipment is kept at it's optimal best, requiring fewer printer replacements.
Your plan includes a cartridge return programme for every ink or toner you use to ensure your used supplies are recycled and repurposed, ensuring they don't end up in landfill.
Can I change my Brother MPS Essential Package?
You are free to change your subscription once every 12-month billing cycle. Contact Brother any time via the portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
By contacting Brother via the online portal you can cancel your service any time. At the point of notifying Brother you will need to provide at least 3 months notice.
