Q. Can this printer print adhesive labels? thank you

A. Unfortunately the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740DTWF is not able to print onto adhesive label media. If you would like any advice on printers which are capable label printing, our sales team would be happy to help on 0800 840 1992.

Q. i wish to buy this printer but my laptop doesn't take cds so how will i be able to install the printer?

A. There are drivers available to download from Epson's website to enable compatibility with various Windows or Mac operating systems.

Q. can you connect computor by USB cable

A. Yes, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740DTWF features a USB 2.0 interface for connecting directly to a laptop or computer.

Q. Would this printer print on A5 220gm card?

A. Yes, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740DTWF would be able to handle A5 media weights up to 256gsm.

Q. Can this print A3 sheets?

A. Unfortunately the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740DTWF can only print a maximum media size of A4. We would recommend taking a look at the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7840DTWF A3+ Colour Multifunction Inkjet Printer. Q. Can i select drawer No.1 or No.2 to print as i want to keep letter headed paper in one drawer

A. Yes, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740DTWF will allow you to select which paper tray you wish to print from in the driver settings. Once you have begun to print a document, you can select 'preferences' or 'properties' to access the driver settings. Here you can select the 'Paper Source' which can be either of the printers trays.

Q. WF-4740dtwf does this printer have a full set of cartridges in the box so it can be used immediately thanks

A. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740DTWF comes with a standard set of Genuine Epson 35 DURABrite Ink cartridges: Black (900 Pages) + CMY (650 Pages). Some of the ink is used when the printer is initializing for the first time so the page yield may vary when using this first set of inks.

Q. Does this printer have a document counter and then needs a reset code when it reaches its maintenance limit ?

A. Hi, Unfortunately there is no document counter available on this printer. Once it has reached its maintenance limit, you only reset when you have to put a new ink pad inside because the old one has expired.

Very good printer for home use.

Much more expensive than other printers I have used but far more convenient and reliable printing at very good quality. Overall a much better option. The only disappointments are the foam bit under the printer carriage came out with a paper jam and seems impossible to replace without major work. Also the scan quality is rubbish. At A4 the only option is low resolution which is not suitable for business use. My old canon scanner is much better quality but does not have a document feed which works great on the Epson. Shame I can't have both.

Reliable Printer, good print quality

Really pleased so far with the printer, great print quality compared to my old HP Deskjet. Reliable and fast printing. Scan and Copying quality is also very good.

Epson Workforce Pro WF4740DTW

Wanted a printer with double sided scan & copying to replaced an old Epson Workforce printer. Found the Epson Workforce Pro WF4740DTW at Printerland at a great price with excellent reviews for both the Product and for Printerland. The evolvement of printing

Printing has moved on, the WF-4740 has taken away the pain of having to refill paper trays constantly, unblock jams, the Wifi connectivity is excellent and you can access the printers features from the comfort of your desk. A brilliant piece of kit
