Scanning and copying functionality
Scan to USB, email, mailbox, or your network in formats including Password Protected PDF, Linearized PDF JPEG, TIFF and XPS. Scan documents in resolutions of up to 600 x 600 dpi, with a maximum size of A3 for all your needs.
Copy documents with efficiency and clarity, reducing image sizes to 25% or increasing to 400% to show fine detail. Black and white copies are ready in as little as 4.9 seconds, with colour copies completed in 5.2 seconds. You can also choose an optional fax facility to increase the printers capability and to meet all your office needs.
