Q. Is this comparable with windows 7 and windows 10

A. The Samsung Xpress C1810W is compatible with both Windows 7 & Windows 10 operating systems. Kind Regards

Q. Does this printer print up to the edge of the paper with little or no border and without changing the size of the image?

A. Unfortunately the Samsung Xpress C1810W does not support borderless printing. If you would like any advice on printers which do, our sales team would be happy to help on 0800 840 1992.

Q. Can this printer be set to double sided print?

A. The Samsung Xpress C1810W doesn't feature automatic double sided printing, but it does have the capability to print double-sided manually.

Q. Is this machine a photocopier as well?

A. The Samsung Xpress C1810W is a single function colour laser printer so unfortunately it does not include a scanner or copier. If you would like to discuss multifunction machines, our Printer team are available to help on 0800 840 1992.

Q. Will this work with the iMac OS?

A. Yes, there are drivers available that will enable this device to use the latest mac OS Operating Systems.

Q. Does it automatically duplex print

A. Unfortunately, this model cannot automatically duplex print. It does however have the ability to duplex print when done manually.

Q. Hello what is the warranty on this? is it onsite?

A. Yes, Samsung offer 12 months free on-site warranty on all of their Colour Printers.

Q. Does this work with the Samsung mobile printing app?

A. Yes, the Samsung Xpress C1810W (SL-C1810W/SEE) is compatible with the Samsung Printing App.

Super Samsung, super service

A great printer and easy to use, Excellent print quality. Unable to set up wireless printing despite trying several times...but I don't really need that facility. Toner easy to access and change. Printer software easy to install and very intuitive in operation. Good customer service form my supplier.

Samsung Xpress C1810W

From the website the size of the printer looked smaller than it actually was. Having said that the wireless set up was really easy which is surprising as in the past, Samsung has had issues. So far so good.

Great Little Printer

Great value little printer. Print quality is very good and wireless printing setup was simple. It has a small footprint which is great for a small home office although the power cable sticks straight out the back which means it works out a bit deeper than the specs (Replace with right-angle version power cable instead.) The printer is speedy enough for everyday use but isn't the quietest when it is warming up although this isn't the end of the world! The toner cartridges aren't cheap but this is common with laser printers and doesn't worry me too much as am not a heavy user. (Having said that I am sure that the friendly chaps at Printerland might cut you a deal on toner if you ended up buying regularly or stocked up when buying a printer!) All in all a great little printer!
