    What is AirPrint?

    Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

    To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

    AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

    What You See is What You Print

    If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

Q. What is the difference between HP Officejet Pro 9020 and 9022 and which is the latest launched
A. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 and HP OfficeJet Pro 9022 were launched at the same time. The only difference is that the 9022 comes with a free 2 month trial of HP Instant Ink.
Q. Can you output to a choice of the either paper trays as I use differing paper types and would like the choice of which one I print on?

A. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 is capable of printing on glossy and matt media providing they are inkjet printing compatible. The maximum media thickness is 280gsm. Kind Regards
Q. My Officejet Pro 8600 just died during last night's lightning storm. Does the replacement 9020 use the same ink cartridges?
A. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 and OfficeJet Pro 9020 use different ink cartridges; the Pro 8600 uses No.950 and No.951 cartridges where the Pro 9020 uses No.963 cartridges. There is no current model on the market which uses the same cartridges as the Pro 8600 unfortunately.
Q. Whats the difference between the officejet pro 9020 and 9025 and are they both single pass double sided adf scans.
A. The specifications of both the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 and the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 are exactly the same. The only differences are that the 9025 comes with a free 2-month Instant Ink trial and it's mainly blue and white (Oasis), whereas the 9020 is grey and white (Basalt).
Q. Does the Officejet Pro 9020 printer have Scan to Email on the physical control panel please? I do not wish to do this via the software.
A. Hi, Yes you can use the printer to scan documents and send them to one or more email addresses as attachments, without additional scanning software.
Q. Pro 9020 What is the 3 yr. standard exchange under the care pack as different to the next day service which applies to the 4yr. cover?
A. If your OfficeJet Pro 9020 breaks, the additional 3 Year Standard Exchange Care Pack (U6M86E) means an exchange will be shipped to you within 4-7 business days. Whereas the additional 4 Year Next Business Day Exchange Care Pack (U6M86E) would ship an exchange to you within the next business day. So the differences between the care packs are the length and response times.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT - Printer in this instant not so good
The support I had from Printerland was excellent when asking about printers but unfortunately I am now waiting for a replacement from HP as the machine kept saying I had paper jams when there were none and the ink cartridge carriage then jammed for no apparent reason, basically all the same time. I had been using it previously with no problem and had not changed ink or added more paper!! I did actually like the printer until this all happened so a little difficult to review correctly. I would probably have said excellent all round otherwise

Paper Jam
It prints fast, clear and very good. Problem is when I want to print address labels, I have to to one by one otherwise it causes a paper jam. Realy 1 thing I cannot put perfrmance rating to Excellent. Otherwise, I am very happy.
