    What is AirPrint?

    Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

    To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

    AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

    What You See is What You Print

    If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

A. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 is able to handle media sizes from 76.2 x 127 to 215.9 x 355.6mm. Unfortunately, Legal media sizes are slightly larger than the maximum. If you require a printer that is capable of handling Legal sized media, our sales team would be happy to advise on 0800 840 1992.
Q. What is the maximum gsm for card stock printing please
A. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 can handle media up to 280gsm.
Q. Does the HP 9010 have bluetooth connectivity?
A. Unfortunately the OfficeJet Pro 9010 does not support Bluetooth connectivity; it provides USB, Network, Wireless & Wi-Fi Direct connectivity only.
Q. is there a photo card slot on this printer
A. Unfortunately the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 does not feature an SD card slot or any other type of photo card slot. However, it does feature a direct USB interface for printing from or scanning to a USB device.
Q. This printer states that it does double side scans is this a single pass duplex adf or a duel pass.
A. Hi, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 has a dual pass 2-sided ADF.

Very bad Photo printer
Do NOT buy this printer to handle photos. I always thought HP promoted WYSIWYG performance. This printer is NOT WYSIWYG It drives me crazy with random photo resizing paper jams with photo paper omission of some prints when I frame 4 pictures per A4 sheet. I have to re-save photos through multiple file formats to get a jpeg that it recognises then print multiple draft copies and reconfigure my document several times before I get a decent result. Therefore lots of wasted paper and extreme frustration. It's a complete disaster compared to my old Epson.

Great, all around printer
This is a great printer that does everything just fine. Printing quality is great not as highly resolved as laser but pretty good for documents. The printer is super easy to set up both in Mac iPhone and Windows. Having the WiFi choice to print is just really handy and it has worked pretty smoothly. I have so far printed around 500 pages with some colour pictures on them and the included cartridges are still going strong. I think they will last maybe twice as much.

An excellent work horse for a small office
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 has now been in use for 5 months printing newsletters spreadsheets and general correspondence for a number of charitable organisations. The colours are excellent typeface sharp and double side printing saves paper. The booklet print function within the HP software is particularly useful producing A5 booklets from A4 documents. Ink cartridges are not particularly cheap but you do get 4000 pages from the black and 2000 for each colour dependant on printing density. HP ink can be obtained via a monthly contact which can be a much cheaper . Probably one of the best printers I have owned.

Excellent Customer Service
Having looked online for printers I found PrinterLand had the best selection on offer. I ordered a new printer just after Christmas and it arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately there seemed to be a fault on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 that I received. My heart sank. I phoned customer services and was immediately answered by Andy. Straight away he arranged for a replacement to be sent which arrived the next day and a collection of the faulty printer. He even rang back to confirm all this. Replacement printer has thus arrived and is now all set up - straightforward to do. This is probably the first review I've ever left but I was so impressed with the whole process from selection to ordering to customer service that I felt I had to say. Well done Andy and PrinterLand
