    AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

    What You See is What You Print

    If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

Q. Please can I use my Android wifi to connect the m402dne
A.

The HP LaserJet Pro M402dne is not wireless as standard, but it can be set up onto a network via a wired Ethernet connection. Once the printer is set up onto the same network as your mobile device, you can download the HP ePrint app, or print via Mopria.
Q. Does this printer have networking capabilities as we would need it to connect to 2 computers?
A. Hi, Yes the HP LaserJet Pro M402dne supports USB and network interface types.
Q. HP M402dne Does this printer also have copy, fax and scan features?
A. The HP LaserJet Pro M402dne is a single function mono laser printer, so it does not feature any scan, copy of fax features. The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw is a similar printer, but also features multifunction capability such as scan, copy and fax.
Q. Hi, The specs say Windows and Mac compatible. Will this printer work with XP?
A. Yes, there are drivers available for download from the HP website to enable the HP LaserJet Pro M402dne to be compatible with a Windows XP operating system.
Q. Hello Please can you confirm whether the 'multipurpose' tray allows you to feed in other paper that is not A4? And where is it situated on the printer? Is it a pull down tray from the front? It is not shown on the video. thanks Zoe
A. The HP LaserJet Pro M402dne can handle the following media sizes in the multipurpose tray: A4, A5, A6, A5-R, B5 (JIS), B6 (JIS), envelope B5, C5, DL, custom sizes (76.2 x 127 to 215.9 x 355.6mm). The multipurpose tray is numbered Tray 1, and the 250-sheet tray is numbered Tray 2 both can be located on the front of the printer.
Q. I believe this printer is provided with a feeder and a tray. How many additional trays can I add to the printer. I am looking to potentially add another 3 trays. Thanks in advance for your best advice.
A. The Hp Laserjet Pro M402dne includes a 100 sheet multi-purpose tray and a 250 sheet internal tray. You can add an additional 550 sheet tray to expand the total capacity to 900 sheets.
