The Fujitsu Image Scanner fi-7030 A4 document scanner is an entry-level scanning device, ideal for the home office or workplace in need of a fast scanning solution. Capable of 27 pages per minute (front and back – that is, 54 sides per minute), this machine scans in colour, monochrome, and greyscale, with equal image clarity.
Compact design
The Fujitsu Image Scanner fi-7030 is designed to fit any work desk, or wherever there is a limited amount of space. Indeed, its specialist design allows it to fit on a desk or work surface that is smaller than an A4 sized piece of paper. PaperStream
The PaperStream IP driver comes as standard with the Fujitsu fi-7030. This is designed to save you having to fine-tune your documents prior to scanning them. The smart technology automatically recognises whether your images are double or single-sided, and what size and rotation they are. The original documents are then converted into crisp, high resolution images to allow the in-built OCR technology to read the text. PaperStream even works with documents that have been soiled or wrinkled, which have background patterns.
Mixed media scanning
The Fujitsu Image Scanner fi-7030 A4 document scanner is able to scan a wide range of documents, from 40gsm to 209gsm, with full reliability, as well as plastic cards and embossed cards. It can also scan long paper, up to 5 metres in length and, with the addition of the optional carrier sheet, can scan a full A3 document through an A4 scanner.
Full function editing
Fujitsu has a range of specialist software allowing you to manipulate the text from your scanned documents, exporting it in a fully-editable format to many office applications, including MS Office.
