Q. Hi, We purchased Epson workforce wf 8510 19/6/18 now Printer is not printing when print black it's send back blank white page also other colours ink printing quality very poor. Thanks

Q. Hi Is there 2 trays 1 for A4 & 1 for A3?

A. This printer comes with a 80-Sheet Multi-Purpose Tray and a 250 Sheet Input Tray in which you can load either A4 or A3.

Q. If the printhead fails is it a replaceable item? We currently have a WF-7620 and were diappointed to find out the printhead is not a servicable part, which is no good when it becomes blocked and won't self-clean. Just want to check before purchasing this model.

A. This service for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-8510DWF is covered by the extended 3 year warranty (which needs to be registered within 30 days of purchasing the printer). Although, the print head is designed to last the life of the product, if it does need replacing, this would be covered by the warranty.

Q. Does the printer reduce & increase - i.e. if I wanted to enlarge A5 document to A4 or vice versa?

A. Yes, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-8510DWF will allow copy Reduction / Enlargement by 25%-400%.

Q. Can I front load DL envelopes into the printer?

A. Unfortunately, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-8510DWF can only handle C4, C6 and No. 10 Envelope sizes.

Q. does this copy and scan in both A3 and A4?

A. Yes, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-8510DWF is capable of printing, scanning and copying up to A3.

Q. Is this printer capable of printing on card?

A. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-8510DWF is capable of handling media up to 256gsm.

Q. Will the WF-8510 print in all presentation qualities? ie. Draft Normal and Best

A. Hi, Yes the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-8510DWF has a draft, standard and high mode.

Great value printer

The printer works well, quality of photo prints are better than our previus colour laser made. The ink cartridges are much cheaper than the previous printer and this is also capable of A3 printing. So far the only drawback is that the A3 paper often gets jammed inside however it is easy to fix.

Good all round printer

Good quality rating as we required an engineer to call out to fix catching of A3 paper which was producing marks. This was resolved promptly and should now be 5!

Epson Workforce

We have been using this printer for over a year and I have to say it has been very reliable. The speed which it prints is superb. In addition we had extra trays which has helped in printing different size formats. This has lots of additional features which works well for our business.

Excellent Printer

WE recently changed fro a large leased copier/scanner, and this in my opinion is better than the Konica Biz-Hub, its quicker and can multifunction. Highly recommend this for a small/medium office.
