Q. Can I scan and print the same documents at the same time?

A. Hi, Unfortunately it is not possible to print and scan at the same time with this model. For advice and recommendations on printers which include this functionality, you can call our Sales Team on 0800 840 1992.

Q. Will this printer print on Card. What is the maximum paper weight supported

A. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-5620DWF is capable of handling media weights up to 256gsm. It will be able to print onto cardstock as long as it is 256gsm or below. Please note, this printer is now discontinued and it has been replaced by the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5710DWF, this machine is also capable of handling cardstock up to 256gsm.

Q. It's been asked but your answer is unclear so let's keep this simple; are scanned documents able to be saved as PDF files? Yes or No?

A. Hi, Yes the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-5620DWF can be saved in a PDF file type, this can be done by accessing the File Save Settings window in Epson Scan.

Q. Can you scan a multi page document into one file to send on email?

A. Yes, the 35 sheet Auto document feeder will allow you to scan to Email, FTP, Network Folders,Computer (Epson Document Capture Pro),Microsoft SharePoint with Epson Document Capture Pro and a USB Memory Device.

Q. Does this printer have individual ink cartridges?

A. Yes the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-5620DWF uses 4 individual ink cartridges, black, cyan, magenta and yellow. Replacement inks come in three different capacities and are also available in multipacks. Please view our range of Epson WorkForce Pro WF-5620DWF Ink Cartridges for more information.

Q. Will the Epson 5620dwf print a5 automatically double sided?

A. Unfortunately, this model cannot print duplex A5.

Q. is this compatible with the operating system Linux?

A. Unfortunately the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-5620DWF is not compatible with Linux operating system.

Q. I am struggling to install the Mac 10.12 Sierra driver for my Epson printer, is there any help I can get for me to install this?

A. A downloadable driver for the Mac 10.12 is able to download directly from the Epson website. The driver also includes instructions of how to download and install the driver to the PC. However, if you are still struggling to install the driver, please call the Epson Technical Support team on 0871 222 6702 and they will be able to help you install the driver for you.

Avoid

If I could give this printer negative marks then I would. Purchased this in June 17, it's had very little use & now keeps coming up with an error message which from research online isn't uncommon which renders the printer useless. The print quality isn't fantastic even after cleaning all the printer heads there are visible lines through everything, save your money & buy a different printer!

Disappointing

From new, print quality no more than average and photo printing less than average compared to Canon printers I have used. Just after the 1 year warranty expired, text and picture prints were streaky despite always using OEM ink and regularly undertaking cleaning options. It's also big/bulky. Avoid!

Good, but not great

This is a good printer that combines a lot of features that others don't with a low price: double-sided printing and scanning, in colour, with remote printing. But does come with some annoying problems: - the printer turns off after a time-out, and needs manual switching on. So remote printing is more theoretical, cause you still have to go to the printer first. - scanner frequently pulls in two pages and then jams. - if the scanner jams on a job, the whole job is cancelled. Nothing's saved. - for scanning to cloud storage, you need to give Epson access to your cloud storage. - The built-in email facility can't connect via https / secure connection. So excludes pretty much all modern email providers. - Many of these problems should be fixable with software update, but I severely doubt Epson is gonna do that. So if I could do it again, I'd buy a more recent printer.

Deteriorating print quality after 1 year

This is the second of this model that was failed on me in the last two years. On each occasion just after the one year warranty period expired. Despite new EPSON cartridges (always used) and multiple head cleans the output is streaky and the print face smudged. EPSON have declined to respond to what appears to be a design flaw.
