To back up the confidence we have in our products and to give you added peace of mind, in the unlikely event that one of our cartridges causes a fault with your printer, the 3 year warranty will cover a repair or replacement of the printer itself.
Return unopened cartridges within 6 months*
Should you purchase from us and need to return your cartridges, you can do so within 6 months of purchase.
Items must be in an unopened and unused condition and any packaging, both internal and external, must be in its original unopened, undamaged and unmarked condition.
The return must be arranged in advance by calling our Customer service team on 0800 995 1992
The return of goods is entirely at our discretion. The sender must cover the carrier charges incurred to return the items safely.
