The Brother MFC-9340CDW features automatic double sided scanning via the flatbed scanner and the automatic document feeder. If using the flatbed, you would manually place each of your documents onto the glass platen and select your scanning options. Or you can place up to 35 pages at a time via the ADF which will then automatically scan each page.

Does the scanner have an automatic feed enabling you to scan a number of documents of different sizes automatically?

The Brother MFC-9340CDW features a 35 sheet Automatic Document Feeder which can handle the following sizes: Width: 147.3mm to 215.9mm x Length 147.3mm to 355.6mm. However, all loaded sheets must be the same size, as the scanning size will need to be adjusted depending on the media size you are scanning.

Can the document feeder scan a document comprising of multiple pages in landscape and convert the final images into portrait and vice versa?

Yes, this is possible. If you scan the document onto your computer, you would be then able to then edit the page to change the size and page orientation on the PC. After this has been completed, this can be then printed out or saved onto the PC.

Does this printer scan to email (as PDF or JPEG etc) please?
