The HP Color Laser 150nw supports Mac OS via Apple AirPrint only, so as long as the machine and your Apple device are set up on to the same wireless network, you will be able to print via AirPrint. Unfortunately there is no driver support available for Mac operating systems.

Hi, the HP Color Laser 150nw currently supports up to macOS v10.14. The current available mac operating systems this model supports are macOS v10.14 Mojave, macOS v10.13 High Sierra, macOS v10.12 Sierra and OS X v10.11 El Capitan.

The HP 150nw looks identical to the old Samsung SL-C430W Xpress printer. I'm not 100% certain but I think the paper tray had to be out in order to use the Samsung printer. Is that the same with this printer?

Yes, the HP Color Laser 150nw's tray does stick out slightly at the front of the printer once set up, it is very similar to the Samsung Xpress C430W.
