A versatile multifunction printer
The Xerox B405 is a high performance multifunction printer that provides high volume and high speed printing at a price point accessible to most businesses. With combined fax, print and copy capabilities the B405 combines three machines in one, while offering high speed print and copy capabilities of up to 45 ppm.
The Xerox B405 offers the latest connectivity options including 10/100/1000 Base-T ethernet connectivity along with USB 3 and NFC tap-to-pair for printing direct from mobile devices. The B405 can also be fitted with optional Wi-Fi 802.11n connectivity if required.
For media handling, the Xerox B405 comes with a 550 sheet paper tray as standard and can be fitted with up to 4 optional trays taking the capacity up to 2200 sheets. There is also a multipurpose tray which has a 150 sheet capacity.
Like all Xerox professional grade printers the B405 has a multitude of print options, including booklet creation, drafts, two sided printing, skip blank pages and print from mobile. These are combined with Xerox Earth Smart features which reduce the environmental impact of your printing by reducing the amount of energy used and limiting the amount of toner required for each page without affecting quality.

To get the best out of your B405 printer we recommend only using genuine Xerox print cartridges and consumables. Only genuine Xerox cartridges can take advantage of the B405's Earth Smart features which decrease the amount of energy used by your printer.
