With high-quality 600x600 dpi resolution and 256 grayscale levels combined with an efficient 12 ppm print speed and 14 ppm copy speed, the AL-1451 has all the performance most small offices need at a price they can afford. High-capacity 2-piece print cartridges also help keep print costs down, while these cost-effective cartridges provide yields of up 6,000 pages and can be replaced separately from the drum and fusing unit helping to keep print costs down and efficiency levels up.

Use genuine Sharp consumables to maintain efficiency and quality

The AL-1451 is optimised for genuine Sharp cartridges which use toner specially formulated for use with Sharp fuser units and transfer rollers. Many private label cartridge manufacturers use generic toner which is not designed to melt at the correct temperature; this reduces print quality and increases the risk of smearing and blurring on finished documents. This type of toner may also cause excess wear on the drum and transfer unit, significantly reducing the page yields of these components and increasing print costs.

All purchasers of genuine Sharp consumables can also participate in Sharp’s Stop, Drop, Recycle programme which provides free return or collection services for spent cartridges. These cartridges are then recycled at official Sharp recycling centres where 100% of the cartridge material is recycled with zero waste going to landfill.
