With the introduction of the SP C420, RICOH’s intention was to provide one of the most cost effective printers in its class without compromising on speed or quality of output. Having achieved this, it makes sense to maximise your printer’s features by using genuine RICOH consumables.

With print speeds up to 30ppm in both colour and mono output, the SP C420 offers an admirably low cost per page for its class of printer. With a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi and high capacity toners produced by RICOH, cost without compromise is easily achievable.

Quality printing without breaking the bank

The quality of output provided by the SP C420 doesn’t suffer in the search for lower costs. The healthy resolution printing provides a professional output, but the drive for quality doesn’t stop there. RICOH’s overprint feature means that text is printed over colour output, bringing a crispness to your written words.

Duplex printing is another option to increase the professionalism of your documentation whilst assisting in keeping costs low. RICOH also offer a toner save feature to reduce ink usage and higher yield toner cartridges, meaning you can print at an even lower cost without fear of compromising standards.
