Kyocera’s TASKalfa 3501i series printers provide extensive colour management and printing solutions out of the box. But these can be extended further with a range of genuine Kyocera accessories to make them suitable for more specialised print jobs such as booklet and brochure creation.
Extendable paper management and document finishing
TASKalfa 3501i series printers are great for producing professional-style full-colour brochures, but if you regularly print these types of documents, you might want to consider upgrading the paper handling and finishing capabilities of your printer.
Brochure creation requires extensive paper handling, so the standard 1150-sheet capacity of the 3501i series printers can be upgraded using multiple 500-sheet extender trays, a single 3000-sheet side deck tray, or a combination of both to provide a total capacity of up to 7150 sheets.
Kyocera also produce a range of document finishers for TASKalfa printers which enable you to create professional hole-punched and stapled documents without having to outsource. These can be aligned with a range of automatic paper feeders to greatly speed up the process of booklet creation.
Tri-fold and bi-fold finishers are also available for smaller brochures and pamphlets which don't require a bound finish. Altogether, these options create a booklet printing solution which is both professional and cost-effective for small and medium-sized businesses.
Secure print enabled
For secure printing environments, the TASKalfa 3501i series can be fitted with all leading brands of accessibility hardware including BioStore and NRS. Kyocera also produce a range of card authentication, data security and USB card reader kits. These can be complemented by traditional security solutions such as tray locks and document guards which help shield printed documents from prying eyes.
WiFi and Gigabit network interfaces
If you’re sending large amounts of data across the network, you might want to consider connecting your printer directly to the network using the optional GigaBit NIC. This reduces the need for print servers and allows your printer to be managed and monitored by your IT team.
An optional WiFi NIC is also available to provide easy printing for tablets and smartphone devices. WiFi is also useful for hot deskers and employees who regularly use laptops instead of desktops.
Thanks to their authentic Kyocera design, you can be certain these Kyocera accessories will be compatible with your device to help you maximise productivity and minimise downtime or complications caused by third-party components.
