A perfect experience

Very happy with this printer
This was recommended by the rep. It was much cheaper than my original choice so I was concerned but decided to try it. I must say it works very well install was easy and although I haven't used all the features yet I'm very happy with it so fa. This printer has a quicker has a quicker warm up time and prints faster than my old one. I mostly print documents and it always feeds correctly and prints sharply. Printing from a iphone or ipad is also very easy except that it always defaults to the manual paper feed tray so you need to change the try before printing. It doesn't seem to remember that change for the next use.

Excellent Printer and customer service
Decided to order a lazer printer because my hp inkjet could not handle the workload. Ordered the xerox b225 and got a phone call from a member of printerland explaining that the printer was no longer in stock but i could upgrade to the xerox b235 on a deal the member of staff on the phone was one of the friendliest and helpful people i think i have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. The printer got delivered quickly and i better than expected easily handles the workload The customer service is excellent

Brilliant Printer
Not knowing much about printers I decided to order a Brother printer from Printerland. Before my order was despatched Richard Gresty phoned to tell me that the printer I had ordered was expensive to run and suggested a Xerox printer B235 was cheaper to run and included 1200 copies toner and would also fax. It would have been dearer but he matched the price I had already paid. After confirming my change to Xerox at approx 4.0 pm on Tuesday I was very surprised when it was delivered next day at 10.40am Setting up the printer was very easy and quick and connected successfully to my system Would recommend Printerland and speak to Richard for any help

Excellent machine
I took Printerland s helpful advice in choosing this printer. It prints and copies very well indeed which is what I wanted from it. There was a surprisingly useful video on the web about how to unpack it. Then setting it up was quite easy in the end - I just plugged it in and it just worked. I have not attempted wifi nor do I know what the disk it came with was for as my computer did not seem able to read it. There s an instruction book on the web which is about 300 pages long but you don t need to read it unless you have problems. Registering etc on the Xerox website seems to be designed to make you give up in despair.

Excellent small business printer
Purchased this as I have a fair few documents invoices and emails to print out on a daily basis dislike reviewing these on the screen so needed something that met our needs without breaking the bank and be reliable. Excellent small printer for a small consultancy business. Does exactly what I wanted it to do fast printing quality of the print is excellent not had any stuck paper as yet starts up quickly envelopes different sizes of paper emailing copying scanning not used the fax facility yet as no one seems to use this these days setup was relatively quick easily prints from my phone when needed. Overall an excellent printer that fits all my needs that I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Service Product offering
Very helpful advice on product to meet my needs home printing and scanning . Decided on Xerox B225 laser printer and scanner. Ordered late afternoon on the Friday and although promised and expected delivery was Monday printer was delivered 9 30am on the Saturday Was easy to setup and had it working within an hour. Wireless setup was exceptionally easy. Very happy with this printer. Although registering the printer online was easy the Xerox website is rather confusing so was not able to find the right page to register for the free extended warranty but an email to Printerland and they did that for me. Service like this what makes a company stand out. Bought me last printer from them and will do next time.
