Unusual colour for a printer but
Do not let the colour of this printer put you off. I wondered what a blue printer would look like in reality as I was used to the generic grey that they normally come in. I think the dull grey design is so it doesn t stand out but the blue is actually quite a nice change in reality. More importantly though the printer is a really good piece of equipment with fantastic features that are all user friendly and that is of course far more important than the aesthetics

Great end to end process
It was easy to order on the Printerland website and the printer arrived the next day. Setting up the printer was straightforward and only took a few minutes which is much better than previous printers I have had. Using the printer is as you would expect and I particular like the double sided copying function which saves a lot of time when duplicating material

AMAZING SERVICE
This is the first time I have used this company and I will definitely be using them again. I placed my order for a new printer after having used their live chat to choose between 3 different printers. Within a few hours I had a phone call from a very pleasant customer service agent to say that they wanted to be transparent about the fact that the printer I had ordered had had issues with certain parts being available and that as a company were not happy to deliver unless they had made me aware and given me the choice of changing to a more reliable product. They recommended an alternative which of course was a bit more expensive so I knew where this was going. I was wrong before I could say thanks but no thanks they said that they would price match the printer I had originally ordered. I have just received my printer the next day and I am extremely happy with my purchase
