Q. Hi there, I am looking for a printer for my business. We sell posters and would like to print in A5 and A4, does the paper tray hold A5? Can you also let me know which type of card this printer can hold?

A. Yes, the paper tray can hold up to A4 size paper, including A5; within the tray you will find edge guides which will need to be adjusted to the paper size you want to use. In terms of the card handling, the printer will accept media weights up to 256gsm through the rear paper feed which can hold up to a maximum of 30 sheets at a time; the rear feed also has edge guides to adjust to the paper size you are using.

Q. is this a dye sub printer?

A. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5210DW is not a dye sublimation printer as it uses pigment-based inks. If you would like to discuss any printers which may be better suited to your requirements, our printer team would be happy to help on 0800 840 1992.
