The Xerox PrimeLink B9100 A3 Mono Multifunction Printer includes enhanced print technology, flexible media options, additional safety features and the ability to enhance productivity via the Xerox App Gallery range of tools. This gives the user the option of customising their device with the apps that best fit in with the needs of their business.
Overview
The printer includes print, scan, copy and fax capability alongside a 320GB HDD, 14.6GB RAM and a colour touchscreen interface. When it comes to printing language types, the server also supports a wide variety of formats including, PDF, PostScript and PCL. Plus, there is the Xerox App Gallery, which enables users to customise their printer with the variability of applications that best fit their needs. The B9100 offers mobile printing and scanning, and the PrintByXerox app allows users to print documents via email without the need to download additional software.
Print features
The B9100 mono printer comes with a standard paper capacity of 4,050 sheets distributed amongst two 550-sheet capacity trays, a 1,100-sheet capacity tray, a 1,600-sheet capacity tray and finally, a 250-sheet bypass. The printer also allows the user to print posters, brochures and postcards with a maximum weight of 350gsm.
This innovative printer comes with the option to add various finishers that include a top-tray with a capacity of 500-sheets, a sheet stacker with a 3,000-sheet capacity coupled with a twin-directional de-curler device. An optional separate booklet maker can enable the the B9100 to saddle-stitch booklets up to 20-pages in size and also comes with a 500-sheet capacity tray and a 2,000-sheet capacity sheet stacker.
Scanning features
The integrated colour scanner comes with a 250-sheet capacity document feeder and has a top scanning speed of 270 ipm, whilst users can scan remotely via email, SMB and USB connections, whilst scanning security is provided by user authentication, audit logs, disk overwrite, data encryption and more.
