This multi-function inkjet printer provides professional-quality printing from a compact and affordable machine.

Professional quality

This machine features a PrecisionCore printhead which guarantees the highest quality printing with performance similar to laser printers. Ideal for a busy office it is capable of printing at a fast speed with an automatic 30 page document feeder to save you time. The machine will provide scanning, faxing and copying at 1200 dpi, so your documents will always look professional. Reduction in printing costs

This Workforce machine uses Epson's unique 16 Pen and Crossword ink cartridges. For added flexibility, the inks are available in either standard of XL to suit the needs of your business. If you are looking to save on your printing costs, the XL ink cartridges will allow you to reduce ongoing print costs by up to 25%. The individual cartridges mean that only the specific colours which have been used will have to be changed, further reducing your overheads.

Mobile device printing

Epson has invested in great software to allow convenient mobile printing. Epson Connect allows users to take advantage of features like being able to scan directly to a cloud service and sending a document to print via email. The machine is compatible with both Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print, which will enable users to print very quickly from their mobile devices. For added convenience there is also the Epson iPrint app, which includes a variety of useful mobile printing features.

Ease of use

Epson has ensured that the printer will connect to Wi-Fi automatically, so you can get printing very quickly. The printer features a 5.6cm tablet-like LCD screen with a very simple to understand menu for quick setup and easy navigation.

Q. will this printer scan double sided from the sheet feeder?

A. Unfortunately, the Epson Workforce WF-2750DWF's 30 sheet ADF is not duplex but scanning both sides of a document can still be done by a manual process.

Q. I have Epson WF-2750 pronter. How do I change the ink cartridge.

A. Hi, to remove and install ink cartridges you must turn on the product. Lift up the scanner unit and squeeze the tab on the cartridge. Lift the cartridge straight up to remove it. Gently shake the new cartridge, then remove the cartridge from the package. Remove only the yellow tape on the cartridge. Once completed, Insert the new cartridges into the holder and push it in until it clicks into place. Press the diamond colour button to make sure the cartridges are correctly installed. Lastly close the scanner unit and wait a few minutes whilst the printer starts charging the ink. When you see a completion message on the LCD screen, ink replacement is complete.

Q. Does it scan to PDF format

A. Hi, Yes you can scan to PDF on the Epson Workforce WF-2750DWF. This can be done by using Epson Scan. The Epson Scan software should be available on the product setup.

Q. Will this printer be compatible with my Dell PC?

A. The Epson Workforce WF-2750DW is compatible with various Windows operating systems such as: Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2003 (32/64bit), Windows Server 2008 (32/64bit), Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 (64bit), Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows server 2003 R2, XP Professional x64 Edition. As long as your PC is using one of these operating systems, it will be compatible with the printer.

Good printer but troublesome

Good all round scan/print/fax unit with good quality print output but slow to start a print job, noisy when it does but both acceptable, however the biggest problem is connectivity in that WiFi connectivity is often lost and the printer just sits there with ‘trying to find printer’ on the MacBook. You can set-it up again only to find after one print output it loses the connection again - can be very frustrating.

Loving it!!

I'm loving this printer - it arrived 36 hrs after ordering, so praise to printerland. But the added bonus was my computer, iPad, iPhone, were all set up very quickly, so much so that my 6 yr old son did most of it. It was very simple, very easy, and the print quality is good. I'm just delighted that it prints from my iPad and iPhone - My old one didn't, hence this purchase !! Excellent all round printer. Very happy customer.
