Fantastic advice and service
I had placed an order with Printerland for a different make and model of printer. I received an unexpected call to confirm my order and update me on the printer I had chosen was discontinued and the associated toner costs. Carl asked me how I would be using the printer and advised me of some special offers on other models that out performed the model that I had chosen. I chose the Xerox C315 and was able to receive cashback and an extended warranty as well. Unbelievable service and really friendly. I won't shop anywhere else for printers or accessories now. Speed of printing scanning and copying was important to me and this printer said it can do 40 pages printed each minute. I expected the printer to be quick but I didn t expect it to reach that speed but I was wrong and it does which is great

I've been using this machine now for 3 months. I found the printer on the website and one of Printerlad very helpful team rang me and explained how the subscription service worked which I agreed to take. I'm really impressed with the absolute no hassle service. The toners are automatically delivered in plenty of time and I have predictable billing and it's saving me a fortune. Also print and build quality of the machine is great.
